Responsible water use underpins our approach to responsible resource use. We source bulk water only from licensed providers, recycle through closed loop systems, and ensure safe disposal at accredited facilities. In this way, we protect a scarce resource while meeting regulatory standards.

Carbon and climate focus  

We maintain a clear focus on carbon and climate. Dedicated studies are underway to identify pathways to decarbonisation, including the adoption of renewable energy, efficiency technologies, and rigorous emissions monitoring.

Compliance and monitoring

Compliance and monitoring form another critical pillar of our work. We partner with accredited environmental professionals to implement management programmes, obtain the necessary authorisations, and maintain monitoring systems in full alignment with South African regulations.
